We do not collect or store any personal or financial information.

However, if you become a User, which can involve joining the eFraud Prevention, LLC LinkedIn Group, Following the eFraud Prevention, LLC on Twitter, "liking" the eFraud Prevention, LLC on Facebook, or joining eFraud Prevention, LLC for the purpose of embedding the service on your Web site, you are no longer anonymous to us. Where possible, on our online forms we indicate which fields are required and which fields are optional.

Privacy of Client Customers or Members
We do not collect or store any of your customer data or data collected through any possible intermediaries (FTC, IRS, Credit Bureaus, Better Business Bureau, Opt-out sites, cyber security firms, AARP, SEC, IC3, Homeland Security, etc.). Our service contains no data communication, data collection, or data storage (email communications, SMS communications, or online forms). In addition, we do not use any other proprietary or third-party Authentication Protocols such as Graph API, Access Tokens, OpenID, etc. that would connect or verify credentials of your customers via web or mobile API's. The only data we have access to is via Google Analytics whereas that data is anonymized and stored by Google.
Our Disclosure of Your Information
We will not share your personal information with third parties. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. The following describes some of the ways that your information may be disclosed in the normal scope of business to provide our services:

LinkedIn: Other eFraud Prevention, LLC LinkedIn Group members will have the ability to view your LinkedIn profile if you have a public LinkedIn profile.

Twitter: Other Twitter users will be able to view you as a follower to the eFraud Prevention, LLC on Twitter.

Facebook: Other Facebook users will have the ability to see if you "like" the eFraud Prevention, LLC.

Legal Requests; Emergencies. eFraud Prevention, LLC may disclose your personal information (a) to any governmental authority as part of an investigation to determine our compliance with any applicable law, rule, or regulation (including privacy laws, rules, and regulations), (b) in response to a court order, subpoena, discovery request, or other lawful judicial or administrative proceeding, (c) as otherwise required under any applicable law, rule, or regulation, and (d) in good faith, to protect or defend the rights or property of eFraud Prevention, LLC and other users.
